Chris Heiliger was born and raised in Colorado surrounded by a large family which included her parents, grandfather, sister, two brothers, and a variety of furry friends. Growing up they enjoyed all the wonderful outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer—hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, and skiing. She graduated from the Community College of Denver with an Associate Degree in Legal Administration. At the age of 20, Chris started a career in the life insurance industry in administration with a branch office and later a regional office of Transamerica Life Insurance Company. She spent 25 years with Transamerica Life in numerous positions.

In 2002, Chris joined a financial advisor with Edward Jones as her assistant working with her for five years. In 2007, she and her assistant both moved to LPL Financial. For a period, she supported five different advisors one of which was Fusion Financial’s very own Nelisha Firestone. Chris has spent the last 15 years with LPL Financial as an advisor’s assistant and working part-time with an LPL Branch in their research and planning department.
