Melanie Harbaugh is a Client Support Associate and a Realtor in Littleton, Colorado. She was born in Philadelphia, but then resided in Dallas and Houston for many years before finally moving to Colorado in 2017. Melanie has three boys with her husband of nineteen years, and they both enjoy being very active and involved parents. She has her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Tyler accompanied with earning a prestigious spot on the Dean’s List with a 4.0 at graduation. She was very active in the Bradford K 8 Parent Teacher Association, acting as the President for the 2022-2023 school year. She has been a volunteer in her children’s schools throughout their childhood.

Melanie has been a personable Realtor since 2020, performing full-service duties to assist clients buy and sell real estate. She has expertise in client relations, communication, organizational skills and logistics, and servant leadership. Melanie has a heart for serving and worked as an elementary and high school educator for ten years. When working with any client, her goal is always to provide a clear, extensive, explanation of all processes while striving for a seamless and simple experience. Listening and having an intuitive approach for negotiations and communication is imperative to her philosophy.

When she is not working, you will find her hiking, skiing, and enjoying the outdoors. Most of her time is occupied with raising her three boys and taking them to sports and events. On a typical Saturday, she and her family are outside at a sporting event, soaking up some Colorado sun outside hiking or skiing, or cooking together and doing projects around the house. She loves watching football and basketball, especially when her sons are playing. She loves politics and NFL EAGLES football! Traveling makes her happier than anything in the world as well as indulging in new regional foods. She has traveled to Europe, Mexico, the North East US, and all down the East Coast. Spending time with family and friends is very important to Melanie.
